So yeah. Basically. Uprising is pretty fucked. For the second month in a row - i.e. the only two months so far - our headliners have pulled out a few days prior to the gig. So, with that being said, this Thursday will now be:
CRONE
BAD SALAD
WHAT HAPPENED TO ROBBIE
For the low, low price of £2 in. Just to remind, it's at the Queen Charlotte on Dereham Road.
So that's the nay.
And here's the yay.
Digital Readout Records is go. Have I mentioned DRR before? Basically, it's me running a new label. Mostly electro-based music. Mostly (for now) digital distribution. Our first release is the Connect EP by Haegl which is a free download!
www.digitalreadoutrecords.co.uk/connect
That's the link for the EP. Go to that page to download the RAR file containing all four high-quality MP3s and some images. Both me and Paul (Haegl) are very excited about this and hope to slowly build something here.
That'll do for now. Cheers.
Ian
